Purchasing / Leasing Services

Buying or leasing a horse is both exciting and daunting. CEE can guide you step by step through the process to insure you end up with an equine partner that suites your personal riding goals and budget. Time billed to travel and/or evaluate horse prospects (fuel, food, lodging billed separately), agent to buyer, consultation, schedule pre-purchase, shipping, etc. billed at $25/30 minutes or any part thereof.


Lesson Program

Our lesson program is designed allow students the experiences and education necessary to create measurable growth. Lessons cover all aspects of riding—from grooming and turnout to jumping—while focusing on safety, partnership and individual growth.

First Lesson / Grooming and Tacking Orientation

45 Minute Lesson - $50

Single Private Lessons

45 Minute Lesson (Ages 9 & up or with parent participation under age of 9) - $85

1 Hour Lesson (Ages 6 & up) - $115

Private Recurring Lessons

45 Minute Lessons (Ages 9 & up or with parent participation under age of 9) - $75

1 Hour Lesson - (Ages 6 & up) - $100

Single Group Lessons (minimum of 2 students)

Group Recurring Lessons (minimum of 2 students)

Horse Training, “Tune-Ups” and Care

CEE offers flexible training options for horses requiring fitness, problem-solving, or refinement.

Individual Training Session (30 min) Does not include grooming.$60

Grooming / Tacking (Owners provide detangler, fly spray, etc.) - $25

Partial Training 1 (4, 30 min. Rides) Grooming not included - $200

Partial Training 2 (8, 30 min. Rides) Grooming not included. - $400

Full Care Partial Training 1 - (4, 30 min. Training sessions and/or 45 min. lessons) Grooming Included. (Owners supply detangler, fly spray, etc.) - $300

Full Care Partial Training 3 (12, 30 minute training sessions and/or 45 minute lessons) Grooming Included (Owners supply detangler, fly spray, etc.) - $900

Full Care Training (16, 30 minute training sessions and/or 45 minute lessons) Dark Day Turnout, Grooming, Bathing, Clipping, Maine Pull, Maintenance (wrapping, wound care, scheduling worming, vaccinations, teeth, holding for vet, farrier, chiro, etc.) Included. Supplies, hauling and specialist fees charged separate or supplied by owner)- $1400

Full Care: Turnout, Grooming, Bathing, Clipping, Maine Pull, Maintenance (wrapping, wound care as needed, medication administration, scheduling worming, vaccinations, teeth, holding for vet, farrier, chiro, etc.) Included. Supplies, hauling and specialist fees charged separately. - $500

Horsemanship Club:

**Free for CEE students**

A weekly educational club open to riders of all levels. Topics include:

  • Horse care and safety

  • Tack and equipment knowledge

  • Feeding and wellness basics

  • Hands-on learning to build confidence



Boarding

Horses are houses in 40’x50’ individual paddocks with attached bedded stall, cameras, drainage system along front fence (no mud zone!), free choice grass hay, year round cleaning, blanketing / fly sheets, Feed Concentrates fed twice daily (up to 5 Lbs. Total Equine Feed, 2 lbs. hay pellets and 2 Lbs. Beet Pulp).  $1050.

*Supplements not included. (Blankets cleaned and maintained at owner expense.)

*Boarded horses must be in Full Care or minimum Full Care Partial Training 2. (Can be split between two students or leases.)

Rehab

If bandaging, medicating, hand walking and generally trying to help your horse recover after injury and time off fills you with dread or you are simply not equipped to provide ongoing medical care, CEE can help. We provide experienced, attentive care for horses in all stages of recovery from post-surgical care to short-term intensive lay-up, rehab and legging up after recovery. Therapies available in addition to a veterinarian advised recovery plan include Chiropractic, Magna Wave, Massage, and Red light.
